Welcome to Smart Connections, a mobile application developed by MTIT (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Smart Connections application (“App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App

•  About the App
  Smart Connections is a maintenance request management platform for institutions. It allows employees to submit maintenance requests, while system admins, suppliers, and engineers manage and respond to these requests. The app streamlines maintenance workflows and tracks the history of device repairs.
• User Roles
  Smart Connections supports the following types of users:

System Admin: Manages branches, users, and overall operations.

User: Submits maintenance requests for devices.

Supplier: Manages client institutions and oversees engineering operations.

Engineer: Executes maintenance tasks based on assigned requests.

Each user must register with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

• Eligibility
  You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
• User-Generated Content
  The App may allow users to upload or submit information such as maintenance request details, images, and messages.

By submitting content, you agree that:

You own or have the necessary rights to the content.

The content is not unlawful, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.

We may use, store, and display the content as necessary to operate the App.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

• Privacy
  We value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
• Use of Third-Party Services
  The App uses Firebase for authentication, database, and other backend services. Your use of the App may be subject to additional terms of those services.
• Prohibited Conduct
  You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers.

Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App’s source code.

• Intellectual Property
  All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding user-generated content) belong to MTIT. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
• Termination
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
• Disclaimer
  The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Limitation of Liability
  To the extent permitted by law, MTIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Governing Law
  These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
